Hike with Washtenaw County Parks Naturalist Shawn Severance and the Ypsilanti District Library Teen Advisory Group to learn how green spaces affect our health and what we can all do to help care for wild places. Learn to identify and remove invasive species such as bittersweet vines. We'll also talk about environmental justice and the impact of inequities in green space access as we hike. Earn service hours, and help with local ecological restoration! The library will provide a letter of service hours to document your time.
