Get your summer started right by signing up for the Summer Challenge, watching an exciting drum performance, and doing hands-on activities at the new Superior library.
At 1pm, watch a performance by the Sazanami 漣 Taiko Arts Ensemble. Experience the impactful artistry of Japanese Taiko drumming with Sazanami, a new ensemble led by Ann Arbor-based Taiko artist Mathew Jacqmin-Kramer with members from the Great Lakes Taiko Collective.
At 2pm, try out different STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) stations, hosted by Michigan Science Center.
Supported by the Vera & Joseph Dresner Foundation and Toyota. In the event of inclement weather, all activities will be held inside.
The new branch on Harris Road has 2 small group study rooms and a large meeting room available.
