Learn a variety of preschool-readiness skills, from ABCs to kindness through music, parachute, and books, followed by exploratory play.
Kids enjoy 25-30 minutes of structured activities with their caregivers at this storytime, where they learn about shapes, numbers, colors, feelings, kindness, and how to follow instructions through music, books, shakers, movement, and parachute play before heading to the youth department for 30 minutes of activities and playtime, where they can meet new friends and practice sharing. Parents can chat while kids engage in small and large motor skill exploratory play nearby. Weekly activities often include sensory bins, gross motor play, and art projects.
