Now's your chance to learn about bird photography. Lighting, lenses, angles - everything you need to know to make the birds you've been tracking look their best! Photographers Ryan Henyard and Lamar Burke will get you prepared for a gorgeous season of birding and nature.
Ryan Henyard (he/him) is a diversity, equity & inclusion leader, consultant, artist and conservation photographer focused on Southeast Michigan. In addition, Ryan serves as a member of the Avalon Housing board of trustees, as a founding member of the Coalition for Re-Envisioning Our Safety (CROS) and as a part of the design team for Care-Based Safety. Consistent with his other work, he strives to expand imaginations through artwork, bringing his view of the great outdoors to more people and making natural spaces more equitable and inclusive for BIPOC, disabled and queer communities.
