Noise Permit is a teen-driven end of summer concert and celebration of the arts! In partnership with the Ozone House Drop-In Center, YDL invites all teens to attend and perform at our summer Noise Permit Concert to celebrate music, arts, and culture in our teen community. In the Michigan Avenue plaza, in conjunction with Ypsi's First Fridays event, teens can perform their songs, poems, spoken-word, and any other type of performance on-stage for the community. If you are a teen and would like to perform, manage a booth, or be involved in any way, please contact Kelly: kscott@ypsilibrary.org.
*This activity is supported in part by an award from the Michigan Arts and Culture Council, the True Community Credit Union and a generous donation from Brian Steimel.
