Join yoga instructor Kaitlyn Johnson each week for a mid-day refreshing and gentle chair yoga session. This class will require a chair and comfortable clothing.
Sessions are designed for ages 55+ but open to all adults who would enjoy a gentler workout. Registration required.
When you register, you will receive an email saying that you registered for the class. About a week before the class, you will get a follow up email with the Zoom link and other class details.
