Join us for activities to celebrate the conclusion of this year's Family Read: The Puppets of Spelhorst. Whether you’ve read the book or not, enjoy the programs. You might get inspired to check out the book!
Monday: Make a mini puppet theater and stick puppets, then take it home and use it with a readers’ theater script to act out the puppet show from Puppets of Spelhorst.
Tuesday: Write your own script with tools provided by 826Michigan. If you attended Monday's program, act it out in your own mini puppet theater!
Thursday: Be the puppet master and create your very own puppet character.
Friday: Use our math archery sets to practice target shooting, like the boy puppet in the book, and create and test marshmallow slingshots for extra target practice.
