Join former Writer of Ypsilanti, Angelica Esquivel, and create your own zine! This hands-on workshop is part of YpsiWrites’ Engaging with Democracy Through Writing program. Participants will learn about the history of zine-making as it relates to different social justice movements, craft their own zine from scratch, and discuss the importance of sharing art and information in a democratic way.
