This is a general gentle fitness class that covers overall body health and well being. It will demonstrate multiple styles of exercises (dance, aerobic, etc) with different types of modifications.
Designed for ages 55 & up, but open to all adults who would enjoy a gentler workout. Registration required.
When you register, you will receive an email saying that you registered for the class. About a week before the class, you will get a follow up email with the Zoom link and other class details.
