A family-oriented book club to showcase techniques for pre-readers in a low-pressure, supportive environment!
Caregivers and kiddos will work together to understand pre-reading skills, how they support reading readiness, and how to practice them! Learn more about how to support early literacy, the importance of family involvement, and time to practice supportive reading with your little one. Targeted for ages 3-6 years old showing interest in reading or any young child that likes to sit and read with a caregiver.
Each family unit will leave with a book (or two!) related to the book club's theme as well as age appropriate tips and tricks for practicing pre-reading skills. Registration is required—each child will need an adult present to participate.
