This is a gentle fitness class that covers overall body health and well being. It will demonstrate multiple styles of exercises (dance, aerobic, etc.) with different types of modifications.
Designed for ages 55 & up, but open to all adults who would enjoy a gentler workout. Registration required.
When you register, you will receive an email saying that you registered for the class. About a week before the class, you will get a follow up email with the Zoom link and other class details.
